1. Business Information
This website and services are owned and operated by Imaglance Virtuals, a proprietorship based in Manamadurai, Tamil Nadu, India.

2. Scope of Services
We provide comprehensive digital marketing solutions (SEO, social media, PPC, branding, design, consulting), along with bookkeeping, accounting, and regulatory compliance services.

3. Payments

• Clients shall pay 60% advance before commencement of work.
• The remaining 40% is due within 2 days after project completion/delivery.
• Delayed payments may lead to suspension of services and/or interest charges at the rate of 10% per fortnight.

4. Engagement Terms
Services may be provided on a monthly retainer or project basis, as agreed in writing.

5. Ownership & Rights

• Clients receive full usage rights to all deliverables upon final payment.
• Resale, redistribution, or unauthorized reproduction of our designs/creatives is strictly prohibited.

6. Confidentiality

• We ensure strict confidentiality of client data, business information, and strategies.
• Clients agree not to share sensitive information obtained during the course of engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages, third-party changes (Google/Meta algorithm updates, policy changes), or outcomes beyond our control.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with a 30-day written notice. All dues up to termination date must be cleared.

9. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, both parties agree to attempt resolution via mediation. If unresolved, jurisdiction shall lie with the courts of Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.

10. Global Clients
These terms apply equally to both Indian and international clients.
